All drone services are provided in compliance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations and licensing requirements.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Fees

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Prices are subject to change without notice
A deposit may be required to secure booking
Final payment is due as specified in the project agreement

3.3 Payment Terms

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Online gallery access where applicable
Physical products if contracted

4.2 Content Storage

Digital assets retained for 12 months
Extended storage available by arrangement
Backup copies maintained during retention period
Retrieval fees may apply after initial delivery

4.3 Usage Rights

Copyright remains with One Two Shoot Media Pty Ltd
Licence granted upon full payment
Usage rights as specified in project agreement
Additional licensing available for commercial use

5. Shooting Conditions

5.1 Indoor Shoots

Adequate lighting required
Sufficient space for equipment
Power source access
Climate-controlled environment

5.2 Outdoor Shoots

Weather contingency plans required
Location permits/permissions
Alternative locations identified
Right to reschedule due to weather

5.3 Weather Policy

We may reschedule due to:

Heavy rain
Strong winds
Extreme temperatures
Severe weather warnings
Lightning risk
Conditions affecting drone operations

6. Equipment and Venue

6.1 Storage Requirements

When equipment must remain on-site:

Secure, locked location
Climate-controlled environment
Protection from elements
Limited access
Immediate incident reporting

6.2 Venue Access

Adequate access for equipment
Parking/loading arrangements
Setup/breakdown time
Venue rules compliance
Drone flight zone requirements where applicable

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Notice periods as per project agreement
Deposit terms
Rescheduling options
Force majeure considerations

7.2 By One Two Shoot Media

Equipment failure
Illness/injury
Weather conditions
Force majeure events
CASA restrictions (for drone services)

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Ownership

We retain copyright of all content
Licence granted upon payment
Usage rights as specified
Additional licensing available

8.2 Usage Restrictions

No editing of final images/videos
Credit requirements
Social media usage terms
Commercial use limitations

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability
