FPV drones are typically built for speed and agility, with manual flight controls and minimal autonomous features. Regular drones like DJI focus on stability, automated flight modes, and aerial photography. FPV drones require more skill to fly but offer greater maneuverability and a more engaging flying experience.

FPV works by using a combination of a camera mounted on the drone and a video transmitter. The camera captures the live video feed, which is then transmitted wirelessly to a receiver, typically worn by the pilot. The pilot uses a specialised FPV goggles or a monitor to view the video feed in real-time, providing a first-person perspective of the drone's flight.

Anyone can purchase a FPV Drone off the shelf, but to fly them legally you need all the proper licensing. One Two Shoot Media is licensed and approved by CASA to fly FPV Drones Nationally.

You can fly FPV indoors for sport or recreation provided the drone can’t get out of the building.

But if you want to fly outdoors and for a commercial purpose you will need a RePL as well as be operating under a companies ReOC. Thankfully One Two Shoot Media has all the licensing sorted to pretty much fly anywhere.
